    Imagine that a race of intelligent alien beings has invaded the planet. We get our best weaponry and technology to try to defeat them. But... what is that?

    Even if they're in development, or just ideas, do we have anything that would give us a slight advantage over the alien enemies?

    hm.. i know this topic has been unanswered for two whole years but im going to tell you something interesting about alien invasions. we are in a solar system, and outside that solar system time goes slower than it does around earth. not sure how but it does, and by slow, i mean really slow. so in theory, unless the aliens had advanced technology and a spaceship it would take them a while to reach our planet, and that only depends on how far away we are from them.
